Aimilia Manolakelli
Aimilia joined BiGGAR Economics in 2023 after completing a MSc in Economics at the University of Edinburgh having a strong background in applied economic theory, quantitative methods, and policy evaluation, alongside advanced programming skills for complex data analysis.
As an Economist at BiGGAR Economics, Aimilia specialises in delivering economic and community impact assessments and quantitative modelling for project-specific and sector-wide evaluations. Her experience spans a range of industries including renewable energy, tourism, advertising, advanced manufacturing and life sciences, as well as place-based and infrastructure development projects supporting local authority initiatives. She is particularly interested in producing rigorous analysis to support informed decision-making in diverse policy and commercial contexts, while also considering broader societal outcomes.
