Scotland could be home to a new school of veterinary medicine for the first time in more than 150 years.
In 2019, BiGGAR Economics was commissioned to assess the potential economic impact of a proposed new Vet School at the SURC. This assessment found that has found that the vet school could add £26 million GVA and 238 jobs to Scotland by 2030.
